Nad tugevdavad vastupanuv\u00f5imet haigustele, aitavad erinevate mehhanismide kaudu v\u00e4hendada stressihormoonide taset ja toetavad soolestiku mikrobioomi. F\u00fcto\u00f6strogeenid on taimse p\u00e4ritoluga \u00fchendid, millel on inimese \u00f6strogeeniga sarnane struktuur ja mis v\u00f5ivad organismis aidata v\u00e4hendada \u00f6strogeeni kui vaja ja ka vastupidi &#8211; suurendada selle kogust, kui vaja (n\u00e4iteks peale menopausi). (10)<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p><strong>Reishi<\/strong> aitab sul tugevdada immuuns\u00fcsteemi, v\u00e4hendada p\u00f5letikku ja seel\u00e4bi tunned ennast kokkuv\u00f5ttes paremini. Sest paljud hormoonidega seotud s\u00fcmptomid, nagu PMS, punnid l\u00f5ual v\u00f5i valulikud rinnad on seotud mingi tasakaalutusega hormoonides. Samuti on p\u00f5letikulised haigused PCOS (pol\u00fcts\u00fcstiliste munasarjade s\u00fcndroom) ja endometrioos. Selles faasis kasvavad vabad radikaalid ja v\u00e4henevad keha kaitsemehhanismid, mis v\u00f5ivad p\u00f5hjustada valusid, turset, meeleoluk\u00f5ikumisi ja naha probleeme. <strong>Chaga<\/strong> ekstraktide uuringud on n\u00e4idanud, et need v\u00f5ivad sind kaitsta ja v\u00e4hendavad erinevaid t\u00fc\u00fctuid s\u00fcmptomeid.
